As I entered high school in 1992 the grunge scene in Seattle was taking off. The sounds coming out of that city were crazy. We had Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam and Nirvana just to name a few. Keep in mind I was still forming my musical taste. I loved it and still do. Although I would later move onto a more hardcore sound. Part of me still loves grunge. So I when popped on the first track from Seattle’s Bad Animals I was very surprised.

From start to finish I absolutely love this album! The influences are too many to count. Brown’s vocals go from 0-100 in a heartbeat. This album has a ton of amazing songs. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this album hits Billboard’s Top 100. Being a punk oriented page. We would love all the bands to become successful. We just hope they don’t forget us when they do. So if you’re looking for an amazing band that plays all things from blues to post punk, check out Bad Animals!
